MSR-R6
This special profiling machine for curved panels solves the need to obtain profiled slats in a single step. This need is typical in the production of bed slats called "LatoFlex"; the combined and simultaneous action of the upper and lower tools guarantees a precise and clean profiling.

The profiled slats come out already separated and ready for subsequent processing. The work pieces can be decorated with different films and materials, usually veneered or laminated with decorative papers. The machine offers a very high production capacity and its maximum milling speed of 30 m/min makes it very profitable. This solution is proposed in the production plants of bed frame components that require the presence of curved slats.
